We perform the above by charging you our call out rate which is £30, which covers one hour of work for cleaning and maintenance, and thereafter £20 an hour if the work exceeds one hour.
New PC Installation
If you have bought a new PC and you don't know how to set it up or install the software, we can set it up for you just by charging you our call out charge.
That is we perform the New PC Installation and by only charging you our call out rate which is £30, which covers one hour of work, and thereafter £20 an hour if the work exceeds one hour.

We can assist in all types of software problems including PC health check, detection and removal of out of date programs or out of sight or concealed viruses. Able to uninstall old uninstallable files or programs. Also we may be able to restore some files that were accidentally deleted. We can help to shred your files or make deleted files impossible for anyone to see them or restore them again.
That means we carry out PC health checks on Hardware, Software Problems and fix any hardware/software problem. We do this by only charging you our call out rate which is £30, and which covers one hour of work, and thereafter £20 an hour if the work exceeds one hour. However, if you need a new hardware, then plus the cost of the hardware.
Data Backup and Recovery
We can backup your data and/or recover them for you. Data can be retrieved from an old or none working hard disk. We can copy all files from your old hard drive onto your new hard drive.

Or we can help you to assemble a PC by just charging you our call out rate. This happens if you have already got the components and some how taught you would be able to build your own PC but somehow unable to do so due to certain problems, we can come to your rescue.
